I stayed at this hotel, and the service was very good.

I made my reservation in advance based on a specific price and a specific room, but upon arrival I was surprised to find that the hotel asked me to pay a different price than the one previously agreed upon. I was also given a completely different room from the one I had booked. The room was extremely small, dirty, and not suitable for a comfortable stay. Even worse, there were numerous cockroaches and insects inside the room. On top of that, the air conditioning was not working. I tried to deal with the situation, but the overall experience was extremely disappointing. It is simply unacceptable for a guest to arrive and discover that the agreed price and room have changed, only to be given a room in such poor condition, with cockroaches and no functioning air conditioning. Basic cleanliness, pest control, respecting reservations, and honoring the agreed price are basic hotel standards, not luxuries. Honestly, I cannot recommend this hotel and I would never stay here again. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the cleanliness, service, and handling of reservations.
