Excellent experience! Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out.

للأسف كانت تجربتي في فندق دار النور مخيبة للآمال. التكييف في الغرفة لم يكن متوفراً مما جعل الإقامة غير مريحة، خصوصاً مع الطقس الحار. كذلك كانت أسعار الأمور الأساسية مثل القهوة والمياه مبالغ فيها بشكل كبير. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، مستوى الاحترافية والخدمة لم يكن بالمستوى المتوقع. أتمنى من الإدارة العمل على تحسين جودة الخدمة وراحة النزلاء. Unfortunately, my experience at Dar Al Noor Hotel was disappointing. The room had no proper AC, which made the stay uncomfortable, especially in warm weather. I also found the pricing for basic items like coffee and water to be excessively high. On top of that, the overall service and professionalism did not meet the standards I expected. I hope management works on improving both customer service and guest comfort.
